Klippel-Feil

Lipoma, tethered cord, hydromyelia, block vertebrae

The cord extends at least to the S1 level, with dilatation of the central canal within that portion visualized (hydromyelia). A small lipoma is noted within the bony spinal canal posteriorly at the S1 level.
