Tethered cord

Tethered cord. The end of medullary cone is not in the due position of normal  L1 level, while its position is on L5 level or lower at present. Fat deposition could be seen at the posterior part of spinal canal, on L5-S2 level, with extremely high signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI. Cauda equine could not be well seen in this patient.
